AdMediaKing is a CPM, CPC model based advertising network, which was founded in 2003 with limited advertising solutions but in 2013 they fully launched their network as a global digital advertising network that offers multiple ad formats to meet the current requirements of publishers as well as advertisers. Their website is very well developed and also the user interface is very good. They provide 100% fill rate as well as high eCPM rates to its users.

Rates:
They have fixed rates base on my observation with the rate of 0.12$ ecpm in all of their ads placements. They offer two types of ads, which are banner and slider ads. Banner ads are normal banner ads that we often see on websites but slider ad is a full page ad that slides up from bottom whenever a visitor enters your website. However, you can set the sliding location of the slider ad that is you can set the slider ad to slide from left or right, top or bottom.
